In order to move forward in the process, you must bring your written autistic diagnosis to the Informational Workshop to be given to the Easter Seals Representative.

Based on their interest, qualifications, and skills, certain individuals will be invited to participate in the P&G Autism@Work Specialisterne Job Fit Assessment which will last five weeks.  If unsuccessful, all candidates will have the opportunity to work with Easter Seals to develop their work readiness skills.

Successful candidates who move from the Specialisterne Informational Workshop, will receive an email from P&G welcoming them into their recruitment system where you will have to complete two standard online questionnaires.*  Please note, the results will not be used to determine employability, but are a part of the P&G hiring methodology.

The 5-week program will allow for candidates to be paid a stipend.  The stipend will be discussed at the Information Workshop, but is very generous.  It will start on August 19th and conclude on September 20th.  All candidates who agree to participate, must agree to attend every day of the 5-week assessment, from 9:00 – 5:00pm at P&G’s HQ in Cincinnati.  All transportation and accommodation will be paid by each individual participant.  The stipend will help for those not living in commutable distances.

The training during the assessment will allow all participants to learn and apply Agile Scrum, take an online course and attend a one week in person training in Work Fusion as well as a Specialisterne Work Readiness Certification.  On the conclusion of the P&G Autism@Work with Specialisterne Job Fit Assessment, successful candidates will move directly to full time employment on a contingency basis (must pass drug and security clearance).
